A disgraced ex-detective searches for a missing girl through the dark web, only to uncover a digital exploitation network that turns his last chance at redemption into a fight against invisible predators.

SYNOPSIS

Disgraced former detective Kang Ki-hoon is pulled back into investigation when the daughter of his former superior disappears. The clues lead not to a conventional kidnapping but to a disturbing online ecosystem of illegal videos, digital exploitation, and crimes designed to remain hidden behind screens. Inspired by the realities of digital sex crime in Korea, the novel follows Kang as he enters the dark web and a network that turns vulnerable young women into commodities. His search becomes both a hunt for the missing girl and a final chance to redeem the failures that ended his career, forcing him to confront how violence survives when technology gives predators anonymity and reach.
