A crooked-toothed boy and perfect-toothed monster cross worlds together, discovering courage, friendship, and self-acceptance can restore wishes and protect what makes them different.
SYNOPSIS
Every night, tooth fairies follow the light of children's wishes to collect old teeth and help new ones grow. But fewer children believe in them, their wish-powered world is fading, and tooth monsters are waiting in the darkness. Ganghan, a boy mocked at school for his crooked teeth, meets Byeolnan, a tooth monster ashamed of having perfectly straight teeth. Each envies exactly what the other dislikes about himself. When the fairy world falls into danger, the unlikely pair must cross worlds together and find the courage to restore the lost wishes. A playful fantasy about difference, dental anxiety, friendship, bullying, and learning to value what makes you unique.
