A patient pinch runner waits beyond the spotlight until one decisive moment proves that preparation, teamwork, speed, and quiet dedication can change everything.
SYNOPSIS
A young baseball player loves the game even though the cheers are rarely for him. He is a pinch runner, waiting on the bench until the precise moment when speed matters more than anything else. In the bottom of the ninth with two outs, his name is finally called. He has only seconds to steal a base and help turn one final hit into victory. After the celebration, he quietly returns to training. A cinematic sports picture book celebrating preparation, patience, teamwork, discipline, self-worth, and the players whose contribution matters even when they stand outside the spotlight.
