Park Jun-hee is a Korean children’s writer who studied mathematics and computer science before becoming immersed in children’s literature through the Hankyoreh Writers’ School. She now develops imaginative stories with the creative group Blue Moon. Han Dam-hee studied design and has worked across animation, children’s products, props, and illustration. She aims to create images that give readers the same excitement and sense of discovery she experienced in childhood books. Together, Park’s energetic storytelling and Han’s distinctive visual imagination turn The Gorilla Hair Salon into a fast-moving, comic celebration of children’s unrestricted creativity.
