After a student is found murdered, investigators discover a diary written by one of two boys with the same name—one bully, one victim—and must determine which life was truly heading toward ruin.

SYNOPSIS

Two high school boys share the same name but live radically different lives: one inflicts violence, while the other silently absorbs it. Their relationship reaches breaking point when a student is found murdered in a nearby park, killed with a brick during exam season. As police question classmates and teachers, a diary filled with despair, revenge, and the declaration that it will serve as a suicide note becomes central to the investigation. Written by a practicing teacher, the novel exposes bullying, false alibis, institutional blame, parental pressure, and the isolation of students trapped between adults who repeatedly shift responsibility while the consequences of violence become irreversible.
